Our Purpose, Our Mission! Girlfriends in Christ is an International mentoring, discipleship, and evagelism ministry. Mentoring (Online Ministry) Our Purpose is to encourage, comfort, and urge our Girlfriends in Christ to live worthy of their calling by sharing our personal testimonies, life experiences, and the truth of God's Word via the world wide Internet. encouraging, comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who calls you into his kingdom and glory" I Thessalonians 2:12, (NIV). Discipleship (Speaking & Writing Ministry) Our purpose is teach our Girlfriends in Christ how to walk in daily fellowship with Jesus Christ, how to recognize His calling on their life, and how to live in the power of His resurrection to the glory of God. Our goal is to accomplish this through various written resources as well as speaking engagements, events, conferences, retreats . . . . Our greatest desire is for face to face interaction so that our joy might be complete, (2 John 1:12). "[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection," Philippians 3:10a, (Amplified). Evangelism Our Mission is to reach the lost for Christ. First, through personal evangelism. Second, by emboldening our Girlfriends in Christ to be the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus to the world around them. There is nothing that can give you greater joy on earth than this, try and see!
